As Ô¼ÅÚÊÓƵ’ Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Development, John brings more than 18 years of M&A and corporate finance experience with a focus on the media and technology sectors. Prior to joining Ô¼ÅÚÊÓƵ, John co-founded Aliri Capital, an independent sponsor focused on investing in lower middle market B2B services and tech-enabled services companies. Before Aliri, John spent nearly a decade in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking division, where he was part of the Media & Communications and Financial Sponsors coverage groups. John has also held roles at Ernst & Young, Dixon Hughes (now FORVIS), and the Royal Bank of Scotland. John holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
